These three articles are based on lectures given by Ehrenfried Pfeiffer in the late 1940s. It serves as a short but comprehensive introduction to the movement, beginning with what the word biodynamics actually means and an outline of the principles involved. Pfeiffer also provides a practical guide to the biodynamic method and an overview of its conception and early history.

For anyone new to biodynamics, these articles will provide a clear and concise introduction to both its theory and its practice.
