Shipping and delivery

We hope the following information will be useful for all your shipping and delivery queries, however if you would like help with a question not listed below please go to our Help page for more information on how to order, subscriber help, out of print books and returns.

Delivery Times

Our normal delivery times are listed below:

  • UK: 3-5 working days from receipt of order
  • Europe: please allow at least 14 days from receipt of order
  • Rest of World: please allow at least 14 days from receipt of order

If you need a book urgently, call our customer service line on +44-(0)845 370 0067 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm GMT) and one of our customer service team will help you.

Unfortunately we are unable to successfully ship to Israel at the moment.

Delivery Costs

Our standard post and packing rates are as follows:

  • UK: FREE for orders over £12, £2.50 for orders £11.99 and under.
  • Europe: £6.50 for the first book and £2.50 per book thereafter. Please note that additional import/customs fees may be due to the shipper on arrival of your order into Europe. These will be payable by you to the shipper before your order is sent to you. We cannot confirm in advance what these fees will be and by placing an order you confirm that you are responsible for paying these fees.
  • Rest of World: £10.00 for the first book and £2.50 per book thereafter.

Free Books

If you are a subscriber and add a free book to your basket, you will not be charged any postage for the free book. (It's free! If you haven't already, sign up now.)
