Description
Jarvis Jensen is having the WORST day of his life, over and over again...
10-year-old Jarvis often wonders what a 100% fabulous, totally Perfect Day would look like...
1. Avoiding class terror Asha and her Kaos Kollective gang.
2. Smashing his audition with a first-class foxtrot so he can be just like his hero, dancing star Fabio Fabuloso.
3. NOT getting stuck in the school's new super high-tech LAV-MATIC TM toilets.
But Jarvis is out of luck because this Tuesday is turning out to be a 100% Total Disaster (and not just because of the unfortunate toilet incident). Jarvis and new boy at school, Sunday, seem to be trapped in a time loop, forced to re-live this dreadful day forever.
Together, Jarvis and Sunday must find the source of the time trouble and fix it, or risk being stuck on this terrible Tuesday for eternity...

-- Patrice Lawrence, Waterstones Children's Laureate on Firebloom
'In this delightfully offbeat mystery, dotted with illustrations and filled with fun alliteration, Davies reminds readers that sometimes we just need a little help from our friends to reach our true potential.'

Author
Justin Davies spent years flying all over the world as cabin crew before hanging up his wings to focus on writing for children. His first book, Help! I Smell a Monster, won the Fantastic Book Awards in 2021. He is also the author of Whoa! I Spy a Werewolf, the fantastically fishy mystery adventure novel Haarville and its jelly-tastic companion Firebloom. Justin lives with his husband and Sally, their greyhound rescue, in Fife, Scotland.
Tom Dibble has all his best ideas on the bus. He comes from a neurodivergent family and is excited to illustrate children's books which showcase different perspectives. Tom studied Illustration at Falmouth University and has exhibited work at the Endellion festival. Like Mr Bottey, Tom has an extensive and colourful tie collection for work -- where he won the distinction of Hungriest Staff Member 2025. Tom lives in Worthing, West Sussex.
