Praise for Charlie's Magical Carnival:

'Children can pore over the minutiae of this detailed wonder-world... A cavalcade of riotous illustrations revel in the excitement of the carnival.'
-- Armadillo

'A simply beautiful picture book... Marit's vibrant artwork is accompanied by a lyrical story of awe, adventure and the loving relationship between a parent and child... Highly recommended.'
-- Midwest Book Review

'Imagination takes reality for a grand ride in this Dutch import... Filled with life and color, extravagantly costumed carnivalgoers, surreal details, and droll side business... A joyful celebration of free-range fantasizing.'
