Description

Long ago a brave young girl named Petra lived with her parents in a timber house high on a mountainside. She knew every creature of the forest and loved exploring the world with her best friend Tim and their faithful horses Stella and Acorn.

One morning, an unexpected knock at the door sends Petra and Tim off on a grand adventure -- first to the sparkling sea, and then into a deep rainforest as a sudden storm rolls in. Seeking shelter, they stumble upon a hidden cave filled with three unforgettable gnomes, a warm fire, and a new kind of magic. But this is only the beginning.

From soaring on the back of the Giant Bird to discovering ancient secrets in a mysterious bookshop, journeying across timeless landscapes to helping protect the forest and its many inhabitants, Petra and Tim find themselves at the heart of a world where nature, kindness, and courage guide every step.

Filled with wonder, friendship, and adventure, this charming tale invites readers into a vibrant world where animals speak, trees hold stories, and even the smallest heroes can make a big difference. A perfect read for children who love nature.
