Description

This is a concise collection of verses, poems and prose excerpts which consider the nature of the holy spirit and our response.

The festival of Whitsun (when, ten days after Christ's ascension, the apostles received the spiritual power to bring his healing forces into the world) is far less well known than the events celebrated at Christmas or Easter, yet it points the way toward our future.

It is deeply relevant to all Waldorf schools. This book will be a wonderful resource for teachers preparing for the Whitsun festival.

Author

Helmut von Kügelgen spent thirty years as a teacher at the original Waldorf school in Stuttgart and was a founder of the International Association of Waldorf Kindergartens. He also served as the director of the Waldorf Kindergarten Seminar in Stuttgart.
