This fifth volume in the Play! Recorders in the Classroom series from professional musician and experienced Waldorf teacher, David Gable, helps teachers to assist their students in Classes 6, 7, 8 (11–14 years) and beyond to advance their skills on the recorder.
The music included is aligned to the techniques involved for soprano, alto and tenor recorders, and enables pupils to build on existing skills in order to play more challenging music.
The chosen pieces are taken from around the world and selected to match the curriculum level for Classes 6, 7 and 8, but it can also be used to extend skills in the Upper School and adulthood.
