Description

Using special paper-folding techniques, coloured tissue paper can be transformed into magical window stars, suitable for any season.

This book contains step-by-step instructions for making 25 window stars. Each design is graded for difficulty, to allow the beginner to progress easily and confidently.

Frédérique Guéret also shows how the stars can be painted with additional colour accents which, when the light shines through in a certain way, create a dazzling veined effect.

Reviews

'This book shows you how to make really beautiful window stars out of coloured tissue paper. There are nice clear instructions for twenty five different stars and when you put them up at the window the effect is lovely. I really enjoyed creating lots of different designs. Some of them I used not just for window decorations but by making smaller ones and putting them between clear plastic I created my own cards to send to people.'
