Summertime is here and we’ve got the perfect recipe for you to try out with your wee ones. Make a cauliflower pizza dough base for some summer fun, whatever the weather. Use your favourite seasonal veg, like carrots, tomatoes, aubergine and bell peppers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Healthier, Cauliflower Pizza Dough<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 \u00baC (390 \u00baF).
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Break the cauliflower into small florets and place in a food processor or blender. Process until a rice-like appearance is achieved.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Transfer riced cauliflower into a nut-milk bag or clean cloth kitchen towel and carefully squeeze out as much water as you can.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

    4. Add the cauliflower to a large bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients until a dough is formed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and shape your pizza crust onto it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Cook for 25\u201330 minutes until the cauliflower crust is golden in colour and lightly browned on the edges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Add your favourite toppings and cook in the oven for another 5\u201310 minutes until crispy.<\/p>\n\n\n
