It\u2019s almost like a dance, and the aim is to make speech and music visible. Eurythmy exercises work by stimulating the\nbody\u2019s ability to heal itself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Poplawski comments \u201cFor many, modern life brings an overload of stress and insufficient opportunity for non-mechanical enlivened movement. Traditionally, eurythmists wear long, loose, silk gowns. The emphasis is on flowing movement \u2013 performers are rarely stationary.
