this book is absolute brilliant, love how it's set in Aberdeen my hometown and got to see her talking about it for the Grampian children book awards and sadly the book never won but I will always think it was the best! I've read black tide too, also great! I don't normally read but the unit my English teacher gave was really exciting, and loved visiting and listening to the authors was a wonderful experience!
