Author

Gloria Kemp has been a class teacher at the Rudolf Steiner School in New York City and at Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School in Ghent, NY. She was director of teacher training for Waldorf Teacher Development Association in Ann Arbor and currently teaches in the Applied Arts program of Threefold Educational Foundation. Gloria has worked with Waldorf schools on accreditation teams, school consultant, and mentor to teachers. She has served on the boards of The Rudolf Steiner School, Hawthorne Valley Association, Rudolf Steiner Foundation, Association of Waldorf Schools of North America, and Waldorf Schools Fund.

Elsa Murray-Lafrenz grew up in a family of artists in the heart of San Francisco. She spent her formative years at San Francisco Waldorf School before going on to the School of the Arts high school and then to The Rhode Island School of Design, where she majored in Illustration. Elsa currently lives in San Francisco, where she teaches art to students of all ages.
