Reviews

'The book is written in a nice way and the pictures help tell the story too. We enjoyed reading this book. A rating of 4/5.'
-- Totz2teens.co.uk

'A mesmorising tale, beautifully illustrated and suitable for ages five to eight years.'
-- The Green Parent

'This classic story by the Brothers Grimm is newly illustrated with beautiful watercolours and fine detail.'
-- Kindling

'This is a traditional and very readable retelling of the Brothers Grimm's fairytale, complimented by beautiful watercolour illustrations. Colours are very softly laid on paper enhancing the dreamlike quality of the story and the enchantment of the forest ... This is a lovely new version of one of the most engaging of the Fairy Tales and will be popular with children aged 7-9.'
-- School Librarian Journal, Summer 2008
